At 123vitaminC we believe that Free means Free with no exceptions, Any order in the USA (No Purchase Minimums) deserves Free Shipping.
Frozen & Refrigerated products
Due to the limitations of Frozen & Refrigerated products, these are only available for local pickups and local shipping. We cannot process & ship orders to other areas.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer additional Shipping options, and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, orders will be shipped with the selected shipping method after the order processing time, selecting expedited shipping does not change the processing time for the order.
International Shipping
We ship to all international destinations where not prohibited, please choose your shipping options, if tracking is not complete after departing the USA at the destination country we will do our best to assist but will not be responsible.
Please note the order cost does not include any local customs & duties or taxes, if any it is the customers responsibility.
In the case where the item is returned to sender a refund will be issued per our return policy.
Delivery Address
Please make sure the accurate address is entered at time of order, if an order needs to be reshipped due to its return for nondelivery by the carrier, we can either reship with reshipping cost charge or refund per our return policy.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed by 2-3 business days, Our aim is to process and ship all orders within 1 Business day, we will do our best to make sure you receive your order as soon possible.

Once order is shipped an email will update you with any applicable tracking.
Returns & Exchange

- 30 Day Returns - Items eligible for return must be returned to us within 30 Days of its delivery to you
- RMA - Any return must have an RMA #, please contact us prior returning.
- Return Item Condition - Any item must be returned to us in its original shipped condition, sealed intact in its packaging, in case the product is not in same condition we will review the request on case by case basis.
- Return Shipping - Customer is responsible to ship the items back.
- Refund - Returns are processed within 7 business days of its delivery to us and will be refunded to the same method of payment used for the order, a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed to cover the order costs, original shipping costs are not refunded.
